INTRODUCTION Management and operation is related to managing the various activities of organisation toachieve the organisation objectives effectively and efficiently. Operation management assist inmanaging various operation to enhance the productivity of organisation and improve theirperformance. Furthermore, it will explain various key approaches ofoperation management and the role of leader and managers. Also, it will provide informationabout various factors which affect business environment. For this study Marks and Spencer willbe consider to complete various task.
