As Client-co is facing problem of low employee's productivity at workplace.
Therefore, Consultancy team has discussed with their client about some issues that the Client-
co should effort to address quickly:
Low productivity of organization
Poor performance of employees
Why is s/he focusing on this problem?
Client-co is aimed to improve their productivity in order to enhance their sales in
market and also want to establish themselves as good player within respective industry.
Therefore, considered firm want to be a leading company in their field. Their goal is to
enhance their productivity by around 15% in next 2 month.

relevant to the problem
Client-co is manufacturing company situated in London, UK. It provide services at
various location. It is one of the leading manufacturing company in London that dedicated
towards providing good quality product to customers. Further more, respective company target
all type of the customers (Ikeuchi and et. al., 2022). Client-co is facing a tough competition
with its competitors in existing market. Various competitors often impose a strict competition
to Client-co company and therefore, put a pressure for increasing the product quality and also
facilitate offered to the customers. Currently, Client-co is facing another major problems that is
low level of the workforce's productivity that lead to a disorganization among employees who
get fail to complete the given task. The communication between workers is delay, and given
deadline end up lost. It also creating a conflict among employees at workplace, due to which
there is high employees turnover. To resolve this issues, Client-co has contact with a
consultancy firm that give and advice to respective company. As per the consultancy firm
Client-co need to give training to its employees that hamper employee's productivity.
Key deliverables/What would be a ‘successful’ outcome for the client, by the end of the
project?
The company's issues will be resulted, Client-co will get a positive result that include,
increasing productivity level, enhance sales and revenue that help respective company to earn
a great market share within market place (Charlesraj and Shri, 2022). A successful outcome
for the customer in this project, which is Client-co, would be a strategy or process that can
enhance the employee productivity of respective firm in UK marketplace, and eventually,
bring more employees with effective skills.

Concerns/limitations raised by the client (e.g. costs, client availability)
There are various kind of the constraints that has created the obstacles for Client-co,
team climbers to attain company's predetermined objectives. Some of the issues that
company has faced at the time of project execution are mentioned below:
Primary limitation of the client is cost in which it required to solve their problem with 15000
pounds. The issue of budget often create hinder the way for researching the objective of
project as various activities like data gathering, data analysis etc, require huge amount of the
wealth. If company cannot keep up with speedy cost increase, project scope will likely shrink
and quality will also suffer. Another limitation of Client-co is time as they want to overcome
from this problem within a limited time period. Furthermore, finding out issues of Client-co
and determining an appropriate solution require much time for researchers.
Concerns raised by the consulting team
Certain of the concern which have been raised by consulting company of this project is
that, budget of given project is low. As time is very limited for this project, consulting team,
that is group climbers, think that enough time should be given to them so that they can collect
and analyses the data regarding problem the Client-co is facing for resolving them
accordingly. Main concern raised is to selects best alternative between two different options in
order to increase the employee’s productivity that include training and development and use of
latest technology (Miller and et. al., 2022).

In this, the agreed action is that the Client-co use latest productivity app or technology.
For this the company need to educate employee that how to use these technologies and make

Problem Statement
Client-co, is a manufacturing company in UK. Major issues faced by this company are low
productivity. Company’s workers are showing any interest in the work that due to which company is
suffering from heavy loss. It creates major impact on the company's sales. Due to this company could
not be able to fulfill the customer's demand timely. Due to this, it becomes essential for Client-co to
maintain their productivity level in market. For this it is essential for Client-co to reach its maximum
potential in order to enhance their sales. To resolve Client-co require to take help the consultancy
company and implement an effective solution in organization.
Major problems faced by Client-com is that, its employees are not performing well due to which
respective company is not able to earn profit. In order to resolve this issues, consultancy company
advised them to provide training session to workers so that they can get motivate to work with more
efficiency. It will help he company to get a good return as training make enable the company to
produce more output (Azizan, Zulkiflee and Norhashim, 2022).
Thus, Client-co has to facilitate training and development sessions and it is essential for respective
company and employees there by accomplish the maximum employee's productivity. Workers by
attaining all training and development programs that are being given to all and hence it help to
maintain efficient productivity at workplace.

The research is a method through which several information is being gathered

formulate SMART goals with specific, measurable, achievable, relevancy and time bound.
Use productivity apps- The technology can by company's biggest help and their
biggest distraction. When company used for goods, the apps can essentially boost the
business productivity (Tsai, Nam and Wen, 2022). Client-co should use some most
popular productivity app such as Dropbox, Ever note, Todoist and many more.
Company should invest more in its research and development department so that they
can innovate new technologies. It will be helpful them to increase their productivity.
Implement continuous improvement approach- Client-co should assess the competition
and bets practices in their industry, which is known as bench marking. But company need to
taken into account that they do not copy their plans of other organizations- develop on that
work for respective company. It should get external help in order to assess their business
strength and weakness. It give them an objectivity viewpoint from which they can improve

From all the above discussion, it is concluded that Client-co is suggested to take initiatives to
improve work productivity that help them to fulfill customers demand timely. By opting for this
solution, respective company will become able to gain the attention of more customer. Main problem
of the Client-co is to maintain work productivity for its company. It can done by taking employee
insight form a conduct research and after better understanding of the employee behavior, company
should think of the offering is such action that is required by organizational clients in this modern era.
Main problem of the Client-co is to provide training and development session to its employees. It can
be easy for the, by firstly make understand the customer that why these training program are essential

Client-co can offer many beneficial scheme to their employees so that it attract them to attain
the training sessions. The company can also hire such employees who are expertise in technological

From above recommended solutions, client is required to come up with around 4 new
initiatives for employees that are currently in trend so tat workers can get encouraged and
attracted. Company should offer flexible work policies to employees so that they can perform
effectively in order to enhance their productivity. The flexible polices also help the company to
retain more employees (Burton and et. al., 2022)
Furthermore, Client-co should also make often use of the social media platform to update their
customer on regular basis as use of the social media will benefit respective firm to stay in touch with
the customer and help them to identify demands or need in market.

Form the above report it is analyzed that the employees productivity is very essential for the
success of an organization in today's competitive environment globally. Companies now realized that
main assets of organization is human capital. Workers get stress within working environment and it
slows down their productivity. There may be various reason of the low employees productivity. So
company need to identify these factors and bring changes to improve the employee's productivity. An
organization can undertake several practices such as training n development, improve research and
development and many more as all these practices help the company to make employee's
performance more better so that they can accomplish the business goals with more effectiveness and
efficiency.
