INTRODUCTION
Human resource management needs to develop a cordial relationship with the
management in order to carry out the operations smoothly in the workplace. The main work
responsibility of the HR manager is to recruit talented candidates for the organisation(Lai, and
et.al, 2018). The management needs to work in a systematic manner and perform various
necessary functions. It includes controlling, planning, decision making etc. The report aims to
analyse about improving the overall performance of Crystal Travel Human resource manager.
On the other hand, in this report there will be brief discussion about different tools and
techniques which needs to be implemented in order to improve the organisation overall
performance. Along with that, there will be evaluation about the role of employees for well being
in improving the performance and motivation. For further instance, in this report there will be
brief discussion about PESTLE analysis for the organisation.

Discussing different tools and techniques which help the organisation to improve the
performance and effectiveness
Employees plays a vital role for the organisation they need to maximize their efforts in
order to help the organisation achieve different targets in the market. Human resource manager
needs to provide right training an development to the workforce to increase their productivity in
the company (Kelly, and Fussell, 2019). They can measure the performance of the workforce
and asses different critical areas. The main focus is to help the employees achieve a systematic
growth in the future. In relation to Crystal Travel there are different tools and techniques which
can be used in order to improve the performance. There are various points which is described
below:
Performance appraisal – This is one of the most crucial aspect which help the
employees to maximize the efforts and achieve maximum productivity. With the help of
performance appraisal they can retain most of the employees. This will help the
organisation to achieve different targets in the market. In relation Crystal Travel the
management can offer performance appraisal and improvise their productivity. They can
dominate the market and attract different potential customers in the market.

Feedback system – There are various assessments which can be evaluated by the
management to asses critical areas of employees in which they are lacking. The path of
the employees is clear and they can achieve different targets for the organisation. With
the implementation of technological tools the performance can be improved in a
systematic manner (James, and et.al 2020). The human resource manager of Crystal
Travel can evaluate the negative and positive aspects of the employees. The management
needs to provide right training and development to improve critical areas and help them
in order to grow the necessary skills.
Personal development Plans – with the help of this tool the management can identify
the needs of the employees and help them to grow essential skills. It will help them in
future to achieve different targets and goals in the market. Human resource manager
makes separate reports for the employees on the basis of their performance. Crystal
Travel needs to focus on the development of the workforce. There are certain skills which
could inherit by the employees to work as per their potential.
Rewards and Recognition Methods – The employees can feel productive an excited to
work when there are different rewards and recognition which is allocated by the
organisation( Olaisen, and Revang, 2018). It improves their morale and boost the
productivity in the workplace. Crystal Travel can provide different increments which can
motivate the workforce. The management needs to understand the responsibility and
provide the individuals various opportunities to help the organisation work in an effective
manner.
Embracing the Flexibility in the workplace – The management needs to provide a
flexible environment to the employees. Employees can improvise the productivity and it
will beneficial for the organisation. Crystal Travel needs to provide a healthy working
environment to the employees. This will improve the desire of the employees to work
more in the organisation. The management needs to indulge employees while making the
decisions (Peeters, Paauwe, and Van De Voorde, 2020). This will improve the
employees mindset and various new and innovative ideas could be provided by them.
Implementing technological tools to provide solutions Organisation needs to
implement digital infrastructure in the workplace to achieve great results in the market.
