Operation management is the business practice that
works to raise efficiency level of operations in firm
by utilising material and labour resources well
(Zare and et.al., 2016).
Leader is an individual who works to make
interaction with all employees and enhance their
coordination to meet the common goal of business
unit.
Manager is another important person in business
unit who always works to organise things and to
plan things in such manner so that desire outcome
can be generated.

Management is the considered to be managing activity in terms
of profit maximizations in order to have the proper level of
