Training plan
The draft for the training plan to improve the skills to be improved and developed
(Roussy, and Perron, 2018).
Introduction
The training plan is draft to enhance the skills to improve and develop in a way that helps
during the placement for the business operation trainee. Be a trainee need to be an effective so
that every member in the organisation can be trained efficiently and the coordination can be done
effectively with the departments of the organisation.
Training needs and scope
The need of the training is to develop the skills that are required during the placement for
the business operations trainee. That helps me to be an effective person to be placed having the
competent skills that is required to be the trainee. The scope of this training is helps at my
workplace at the time of the training given to the employees of the organization in a way that
helps to maintain the effectiveness in the organization.
Training method
The method for the training is to be determined. To develop the skills that are required
for the designation for that the placement (Plant, Barac, and Sarens, 2019). To develop and

improve the skills the skill based training is to be required so that I can build my skills in a way
that helps me in my future as well as at my present as well. Learn the skills to be developed by
learning from the work based learning, learning in the university by applying the skills at the
working of the university that helps me in my future (Scarpella, 2019).
Evaluation
The evaluation can be done with the coordination with the different departments, meeting
with the OPS team, review the quality standards with the CH release test, organized the internal
audit with the help of CH release team for the evaluation of work process, by attending the
meeting for the change control and write the minutes of the meeting all these are the evaluation
criteria for the development of the skills where these skills are required in monitoring the day to
day operations in the organization with the helps to these evaluation criteria.
With the improvement and the development of the skills help me to get selected as a post
of the business operation trainee in the organization and helps at the workplace as well. The
operations of the organization are to be monitored with the effectiveness with the development of
the skills so that the working or the operations of the task is to be done effectively that helps to
achieve the organizational goals easily.

Learning from the construction industry or the methods
To work with the construction industry I learned various things, methods:
Coordination
Learned about the coordination of the work among the different operation department of
the organization to work effectively by completing the day to day task with the team effectively.
With the supporting the teams that are facing the issues regarding the requirements and the
operations by coordinating with the different teams. With the coordination of the teams ensures
that the work should be coordinated effectively for the achievements to the milestones. I learn
how to coordinate with the teams to perform the work effectively for the organization so that the
skills are to be developed with having the coordination in the working environment.
Management
With the analysis of the work performance on the regular basis helps to build up the
management skill (Prieto-Sanchez, and et.al., 2017). By creating the regular reports of the work
and reviewing the gap between the business and the technical team to ensure the smooth working
