Background of the case project In this current era of technology automated system has become one of the most vital solutions for the business organizations to gain competitive advantages and structured commercial revenue as well. It is necessary for any business organization to design an automated Information System for their company to resolve previous security and manual data entry level errors. For this specific report the chosen case project is “Implementation of Information system in Woolworths Limited”. The targeted company is required to convert their traditional data management system into an automated data system. For the chosen case project a project charter considering a systematic literature review will be illustrated. In addition to this, a WBS and a schedule plan is also developed for the case project that has to be designed. Not only this but also a network diagram for the project is also represented in this report. 2. With the help of IS the company will be able to serve a secured system to their consumers in terms of reduced rate of risks and time efficiency. Inordertoretrieveanyinformationandfinancialconsumerdetailstheissuesoftime consumptions will be diminished. Through the help of the final project document the goal and objectives of any specific project will become more prominent to the project manager and other members associated to the team. The capacities of the company will be exploited drastically with the implementation of a strategic and advanced Information System (IS) in the organization. The effectiveness of the overall business will increase a lot with the change of a manual data management system with an automated Information system. Secure online transaction:The Information System (IS) delivers security also and the consumers can easily transit money for their products with cash on delivery or online debit card and credit card payment also. Improved communication approach: The approach of communication will increase a lot with the implementation of the information system in the business organizations. Gathering and distribution of information is a very important part of any organization to make all the employees familiar about the system process details (Hornstein, 2015). The combination if information system and information technologies will effectively help to track the information distribution and

Development of the schedule plan For developing any project it is crucial for any business organizations to consider a specific project development life cycle methodology. Based on the project details the most suitable project development life cycle should be adopted by the project managers. Among the most widely used project development lifecycles agile, spiral, waterfall are mostly used.
