INTRODUCTION
Management of the urban tourism is suitable planning of the travel and tourism
operations that will impact the performance of an organization to a greater level. It also supports
in effective assessment of conditions that prevails within a city. The present research activity will
lay a deep focus upon the urban tourism measures related to human resource in travel and
tourism sector at Barking city. The present research proposal will lay an emphasis on nature of
urban tourism at barking city and the impact its lies on other aspects of the tourism in UK.

The present research project is about the business operations and action plans that are
been executed within the business operations of the organization. It helps organization in
managing the needs and requirements of travel and tourism enterprise. The current research
process will include the assessment of research activities and operations related to urban tourism
that supports an organization to carry out the analysis of business operations in much effective
way. The handling of travel and tourism functions related to urban tourism will impact overall
performance of a business entity to a greater level (Arnaud, 2017). As the globalization
approaches have been increased recently to a greater level, the extent of urban tourism has been
increased to a higher level. The urban tourism is one of the major aspect of the travel and
tourism sector which supports in execution of travel and tourism functions which are chosen by
the firm. It supports in maintaining business activities and thus will lead the firm to enhance
effectiveness of travel and tourism functions carried out at Barking city.
The present research will cover the proper assessment of travel and tourism operations,
which assists to maintain travel and tourism operations that supports handling of travel and
tourism activities and other operations this supports in effective evaluation of travel and tourism
operations and this will lead a firm to improve the effectiveness of tourism plans and following
out of the effective travel and tourism operations and other action plans of the organization to a
greater level. This supports the execution of travel and tourism facilities effectively. Thus, the
scholar will look after the action plans which will help in proper assessment of city based
tourism and developing the issues and action plans accordingly. It enhances handling of urban
tourism activities and hence lead an enterprise or individual to carry out the travel and tourism

Objective:
 To identify the nature of urban tourism.
 To analyse the impact laid by urban tourism on environmental issues of Barking city
 To evaluate the impact laid by urban tourism on the deforestation and vegetational
depletion of the Barking city.
3. INFORMATION REQUIRED
Extensive information and proper assessment of the data is being done which impacts the
handle travel and tourism functions which will enhance the effectiveness of urban tourism
measures that improves the quality of travel and tourism businesses in a very effective way. As
the urban tourism measures will need to carry out the proper travel and tourism operations taken
within the firm. It will help in effective evaluation of travel and tourism activities that will assist
in execution of tourism activities and hence, guides the organisation to meet the business
operations effectively.
As per views of Lisle, 2014, the urban tourism measures that are been carried out within
the organisation will impact the business operations to a greater level. The work force of the
