In hospitality sector, every enterprise use advance technology so that operations can beeffectively performed within the company. Currently, it also used in training and developmentactivities of employees to make them productive at workplace. Present report is based onLedbury, is a restaurant operate their business in London and also provide British cuisines to itscustomers. The main aim of business organisation is to use advanced technologies for makingemployees more productive. Rationale of researchThis research is based on analysing the impact of technological advancement in trainingand development of employees. By undertaking this study, investigator improve their skills andknowledge by understanding the effectiveness of training and development. It is also beneficialfor workers to improve their performance level at working area through which they easily attaintheir targets (Colbert, Yee and George, 2016).
