INTRODUCTION
Recruitment is the process of finding and attracting capable applicants for employment
Selection is a process for choosing the most suitable candidate to fill the vacant positions in firm.
This present report is based on Bailey Bus and Coach which is one of the top quality executive
travel firms in UK.
In this report, researcher will discuss the internal and external sources of recruitment plan
of an organization. In this study, legal and ethical requirements needed in recruitment process
will also be highlighted. Apart from that, need to prepare documentation used for identified
vacancy in company will be discussed. In addition to this, purpose of different documents
required in selection and recruitment process will be studied in the report.
