INTRODUCTIONManagement is to forecast, plan, organize, command, coordinate and control wholeorganization. The modification of resources into utility is also known as management.Managing is direction of company either it is business or not-for-profit firm and governmentassemblage. It involves different actions of setting the approach as well as timing of workersefforts to achievement of aim of firm. For that, utilizing different application of availableresources such as human resource, financial, natural, practical application etc. In this context,manager is planning for judge changes in external environment, creating person into teams,allocating resources to them and motivating to them for achieving goals of company(Andersonand et.al., 2018). Effective administration is important for every entity. Management involvesfactors of production along with machine, material and money. This study is based on ImperialHotel. It is owned and managed portion of well-known global branded chain of hotels in 4 starmarket. The hotel is situated in the Heart of London's West End that provides high standardsservices for international business and tourists guests who have high expectation. Now, hotelfaces many problems such poor guest satisfaction, ineffective leadership and management, poorteam work at front as well as back house office, 80% of staff leave and poor attendance, negativework culture amongst the staff with high sick leave at workplace. This report will analysisindividual problem by following management theory. It will explain process to effectivemanagement for the problem in the hotel. It will analysis resolution of problem that are faced byImperial hotel. ANALYSIS OF INDIVIDUAL PROBLEM Imperial hotel is international branded chain of hotels in 4 star market in hospitalityindustry. They provide high standard services to international business and tourists guests whohave high expectation. But recent time, hotel faces many problems at workplace such as poorguests satisfaction, 80% of staff leaving by poor supervisor, lack of control of procedure byprevious head of department, ineffective leadership and management, poor team work at frontand back house office, negative work culture amongst staff with high sick leave at theworkplace. In this context, manager of hotel follow Tuckman's team development for solvingpoor team work and use of IT system at front office staff in the hotel.
