INTRODUCTIONManagement is essential of every organization either not-for profits or government body.It involves actions of fixing of strategy of company and arranging the efforts of its workers toachieve its goals of business. Through different applications of availability of resources likenatural, technological, financial as well as human resources. With the hep of effectivemanagement, any organization easily objectives and goals of business(Hill, 2017). In thiscontext, management is very important in hospitality sector such as hotels, travel and tourismetc. There are many ways to management is important like staff turnover, guest satisfaction,managing quality of services, implementing policies and procedures, effective teammanagement, impressive operational activities. This study is based on Imperial hotel, London. Itis well known international branded chain of hotels in 4 star market that located in the heart ofLondon's West End. In the recent year, hotel faces many problems such as poor guestsatisfaction, high staff turnover, negative work culture amongst staff with high levels of sickleave, poor monitoring and control process by ineffective leadership and management, poor teamworking on front of house staff, poor operating and control process of back of house staff inhotel. Company appoint consultant in the organization for analysing and taking the solutions ofthese problems. This report will analysis problem that is high staff turnover with 80% of staffleaving within the year in Imperial hotel. It will review management theory, understanding ofprocesses and key proposals for resolution of the problems in the company. Analysis of individual problem Imperial hotel is well known international branded chain of hotels in 4 star marketplaceswhich is located in the heart of London's West End. Hotel provides facilities such as 500bedrooms, conferences facilities, leisure centre with swimming pool, 3 bars and 4 restaurants aswell as 12 conference rooms. They are providing many facilities still company faces manychallenges such as poor guest satisfaction, ineffective leadership and management, high staffturnover, poor team work on front office and back office, negative work culture amongst staffwith high sick leave in the hotel. In this context, company needs to identified the solutions for high staff turnover with80% staff leaving job in hotel(Shafritz, Ott and Jang, 2015). Organization communicate withstaff those are leaving jobs.
