INTRODUCTION
Management is considered as the way a person handle, care, treat and supervise
things which help business in attaining their goal as well as objective. There are several
characteristics of management such as it is goal oriented, continuous process, multi
dimensional, group activities, intangible force, dynamic function and so on. Organisation
taken for this assignment is Imperial Hotel which is located at Holborn, London, United
Kingdom (Albert and Beatty, 2014). The original building of respective hotel is designed
by Charles Fitzroy Doll and it was build between 1905 and 1911. The aim of this report is
to conduct study related to staff turnover in the company for which a they are conducting
evaluation through different management and operations theories as well as it will also
include development of 3 point plan for resolving issues related to staff turnover.
Analysis of the individual problem

In an hospitality industry there are numbers of issues arise which impact on their
productivity as well as working. In respect of Imperial Hotel they are also going through
numbers of problems such as Staff Turnover. This issues is generally high at respective
industry because there are various peoples or students who belongs from European Union
want to work for short time duration at London and for them hostel industry is the best
option. There are numbers for reasons identified at the time of exit interview at Imperial
Hotel, from which some major are given below:-
Poor perception of work culture: At respective hotel working culture is not much
effective due to which employees feel demotivated. This is generally arise because
sometime supervisory as well as management get aggressive on their staffs like
waiters, chef, sue chef and so on (Alvesson and Willmott, 2012). Due to which
employees not able to conduct their work in effective manner as well as they are
not able to feel motivated, connected and valuable at the workplace.
Unsociable working hours: At Imperial Hotel Staff Turnover is high due to which
other working staff need to do overtime if they didn't want to do. Due to over
timing as well as over burden of work employees are not feel happy and satisfied
