is well known international branded chain of hotels in 4 star market that located in the heart of
London's West End. In the recent year, hotel faces many problems such as poor guest
satisfaction, high staff turnover, negative work culture amongst staff with high levels of sick
leave, poor monitoring and control process by ineffective leadership and management, poor team
working on front of house staff, poor operating and control process of back of house staff in
hotel. Company appoint consultant in the organization for analysing and taking the solutions of
these problems. This report will analysis problem that is high staff turnover with 80% of staff
leaving within the year in Imperial hotel. It will review management theory, understanding of
processes and key proposals for resolution of the problems in the company.
