The new website will serve as an opportunity for the organization to improve the level of its customer satisfaction and facilitate them with smooth and effective e-commerce shopping facilities. Project Background and Overview Project Background DiamondCastle is operating a big supply chain of the online jewelry business. The organization is famous for its e-commerce shopping facilities as well as high quality of the diamond and otherjewelry products. Recently, the customers of the organization face difficulty in placing their online orders. It happens due to high internet traffic to its website and overloading the company network. Hence, the organization decided to resize its current server and network infrastructure so that it can satisfy the potential customers through smooth e-commerce facilities.
