Knowledge Management Executive Summary
Students will complete a portfolio presenting their recommendations for improving knowledge management practices in their organisation. The proposed KM strategy include research literature and supported by the work they have read throughout the semester. This assessment builds on the recommendations put forward in Assessment 1. Students are now required to consider how these recommendations might be implemented. Students may make suggestions to leverage or develop aspects of their organisational culture, such as Community Of Practice or organisational learning, to implement their KM strategy. The proposed KM strategy must include an implementation roadmap, detailing how the project would be rolled out across the organisation. Students may also wish to draw upon any of the ethical issues outlined in Assessment 2, and may wish to consider how these may affect the uptake of their new KM strategy.
