Forproviding quality of services to their patients, it is very important for the workers of the careunits to establish skills to perform as team for the betterment of the organisation and theirpatients (Baldwin, 2016). 1.2 Identifying the challenges experienced by developing teams.Teamwork is the most essential factor that is related with social health and care units(Curry, 2015).
