INTRODUCTION
Organisation can be defined as the bringing improvement in the business procedure of
system. Change management can be defined as a procedure of planning as well as implementing
change in business in order to deal with specific issue.
The report have focus on identifying the different phases involved in change management
procedure. Study also emphasizes on analysing the strategic management in an enterprise.

According to the Lewis model there are three phases involved in implementing the
successful change at workplace these are :
Unfreezing : It is a phase which includes the process of identifying suitable technique in order to
encourage people to change their working pattern. Unfreezing is very much important in order
to avoid the resistance to change (Turner, 2019). It is required by management in an
organization to share complete information about change with employees.
Change : This phase involves implementing the plan in order to bring positive improvement at
workplace.
Refreezing : It involves embedding the change in organizational culture.

order to analyses the readiness of company to change. The different techniques which are used
for analyzing the readiness are internal assessment of firm, assessment of employees as well as

Communication and planning for the same: It is considered to be as an important elements of
change management plan. Without an effective communication change can not be implemented

wastage of resources and also aids in preventing overlapping of tasks.
Sponsor activities and road maps: It is very much important for project manager to develop plan
activities for sponsors as they play crucial role in change management procedure.

Training as well as coaching to manager related to change management : Project team is required
to formulate effective strategy for providing training to manager, So that they could develop the
skills which are required for motivating , instructing and guiding people during the change
procedure.
Resistance management: It basically includes the strategies which is created by project team in
order to deal with the issue of resistance to change.
Data collection, analysis of feedback and corrective actions : It is considered to be as a key
element of change management plan. Manager need to seek feedback from workers and they are
required to take corrective actions as this tactic will assist them in ensuring adaptation to change.
Celebrating success: Individual and group recognition is considered to be as another important
component of change management in context reinforcing the change in an enterprise./

build high performance team. Then by developing the values that further encourages and support
the entire team of the company help to implement the change in working environment. After that

information which also allow to track the progress towards an outcomes. That is why, regular
monitoring will help a business to reduce the chances of risk. Therefore, through effective review
and monitoring the implementation of change management process can be easily help to
improve the past situation and leads towards further level of success.

CONCLUSION
By summing up above report it has been concluded that changing process will help a
business to run more smoothly and through this report, it has been concluded that there ar
different component of change management plan and shows various barriers as well while
implementing the change management process. It also concluded that the change management
process also affect by external factor by using PESTLE analysis and through Kottler 8 step
model, these changes are easily implemented in the business.
