INTRODUCTIONOrganisation can be defined as the bringing improvement in the business procedure ofsystem. Change management can be defined as a procedure of planning as well as implementingchange in business in order to deal with specific issue. The report have focus on identifying the different phases involved in change managementprocedure. Study also emphasizes on analysing the strategic management in an enterprise. MAIN BODYQues 1. According to the Lewis model there are three phases involved in implementing thesuccessful change at workplace these are :Unfreezing : It is a phase which includes the process of identifying suitable technique in order toencourage people to change their working pattern. Unfreezing is very much important in orderto avoid the resistance to change (Turner, 2019). It is required by management in anorganization to share complete information about change with employees. Change : This phase involves implementing the plan in order to bring positive improvement atworkplace.Refreezing : It involves embedding the change in organizational culture. Ques 2. Different components of change management plan are :Readiness assessment: The different techniques are utilized by changer management team, inorder to analyses the readiness of company to change. The different techniques which are usedfor analyzing the readiness are internal assessment of firm, assessment of employees as well assponsors. These assessments provide project leaders in identifying the challenges andopportunities which they might have to face while implementing the change at workplace.Communication and planning for the same: It is considered to be as an important elements ofchange management plan. Without an effective communication change can not be implementedin successful manner (Whitaker, 2018) . An effective communication assist in eliminating thewastage of resources and also aids in preventing overlapping of tasks. Sponsor activities and road maps: It is very much important for project manager to develop planactivities for sponsors as they play crucial role in change management procedure.

Training as well as coaching to manager related to change management : Project team is requiredto formulate effective strategy for providing training to manager, So that they could develop theskills which are required for motivating , instructing and guiding people during the changeprocedure.Resistance management: It basically includes the strategies which is created by project team inorder to deal with the issue of resistance to change.Data collection, analysis of feedback and corrective actions : It is considered to be as a keyelement of change management plan. Manager need to seek feedback from workers and they arerequired to take corrective actions as this tactic will assist them in ensuring adaptation to change.Celebrating success: Individual and group recognition is considered to be as another importantcomponent of change management in context reinforcing the change in an enterprise./After project review: It defines the methods which will be used in order to measure the impactof change at workplace.Ques 3.
