1Q) what happens when communication fails in a work place?
A lack of communication workplaces leads to conflicts between the individuals related to
an organization. This will lead to stress in the workplaces which is a big setback for an
organization since it makes it difficult to create a productive workplace environment. When
negative communication becomes a regular thing in a workplace then it becomes difficult for the
leader of the organization to understand the problems in the workplace and will fail to identify
the reason for the decline of the organization. A gap in communication also leads in the drop of
confidence among the staffs (Abdelgawad et al.,2013).
2Q) how should you communicate the organisations vision mission and values?
Being a leader of an organization it is very important to communicate with others about
the visions of the company’s future and the presentation if the vision must be organized so that if
becomes fun and clear to the audience. The ways include:
Using multiple forms of media gives a better chance for the organization to understand
the vision
Telling a good story makes the vision alive
Having one on one connection with others helps in understanding the vision better
Identifying the key performers and stakeholders who will help in understanding the
vision to others.
3Q) what do you understand by the vision, mission and values of the organization?
Together the vision, mission and the values of an organization gives the idea of what
happens in an organization and what are its target, and the future planning. They keep the
organization in the right track and involve everyone for the achievement of the organization.

They helps in defining the values of an organization and how the members associated with the
organization is supposed to behave (Ahn and Ettner 2014). The mission statement of an
organization states the business of the company and the different objectives of the company and
the approaches of the company towards the objectives.
4Q) when communicating the mission and goals to others in the organisation what should
you make sure you do?
Communicating the mission and goals of the organization among the people associated
with the organization is very important since it keeps everyone aware of the future vision and
keeps everyone in the same track. Some of the process by which a leader can communicate the
goals and missions are:
Valuing the engagement of employees and make an effort to know the opinions and
different ideas of the stakeholders for driving the vision forward
Using a variety of channels for communicating the missions and goals of the organization
with the stakeholders.

5Q) Part of your role as a manager is to investigate incidents promptly. What types of
investigations might you need to perform?
The main objective of an investigation is to prevent the occurrence of incidents which
will in turn ensure a safer environment of the workplace. The aim of a good investigation is to
create a list of the incidents which should have happened and compare that list with the list of
events which have occurred and look at the loopholes and identify the different areas where a
change is needed. The different types of investigation includes scene management, scene
