Executive Summary
The report is based on the analysis of leadership based activities that are performed within the
modern organizations. The leadership style that has been chosen for the analysis is
transformational leadership. The leader who has been selected is Jeff Bezos, the CEO of
Amazon. The analysis has further depicted that the transformational leaders are able to play a
major role in the proper growth levels of the organizations. The effective growth of Amazon
has been able to prove the true worth of Jeff Bezos as the transformational leader and his
operating processes. The sharing of his vision with the employees has been an important part
of the success.
