INTRODUCTION
 Management is a process of managing the activities within an
organization that includes planning, organising, staffing, direction
and controlling.
 Leadership is an art of influencing the people or followers in
order to achieve a specific objective.
 The study is based on Wa-pila Hotels which provides hospitality
service and operates as an service sector industry. This
presentation will review the classical management theories and
leadership styles.

 Administrative theory- - Administrative theory is one of the
classical theories of management that organizes the things in a
systematic manner.
 Scientific Theory- The scientific theory states that there should
be use of scientific methods to improve the work performance
and efficiency of the employees.
