INTRODUCTION
Leadership is referred to setting up of various direction and vision for their team
members in order to achieve the goals of an organization. The team leader helps in
understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the various personnel and then they are
appointed the projects accordingly. Management is referred to the art of getting things done
by others. Management is referred to a process of performing functions like planning,
organizing, staffing, directing and controlling in an organization. These are performed in
order to achieve the aims and objectives of the business organization to earn more profit and
maximize the wealth. Leadership and management go hand in hand in every organization and
also are an important function in the organization (Arokiasamy, 2019).
Four Seasons is a UK based hospitality organization which is situated in London. It is
a five star hotel that is located near Hyde Park Corner and was established in 1970. The hotel
is buildup of 11 floors with a total of 196 rooms for the customers to enjoy a lavish stay. The
report focuses upon the Leadership and Management services in the Four Seasons, London
(Athota and Malik, 2019).

There are various types of classical theories. The classical theories are comprised of
theories by Henry Fayol, FW Taylor and Max weber. These theories can prove beneficial in
the service industry as well. The theories are explained below-
