INTRODUCTIONThese report is going to identify the leadership and management of restaurant chain ofHazev,Haz,Tas. It is Turkish restaurant chain and famous for its quality of food delivery. It ishaving 12 branches in London. These branches include 7 restaurants, 3 cafes and 2 bars. In thesereport it will identify the management and leadership style used in the restaurant. Their approachmotive is to earn profitability and use impact of digital technology on the business. MAIN BODY Classical management theories The organisation structure of Hazev, Haz and Tas includes a managing director, financemanager, warehouse manager and for each and every restaurant. The management theories which is used in the organisation is Henry Fayol administrativemanagement theory. As he is known as father of management and has imposed 14 managementprinciples. It helps the managers to ensure better management is taking place within theorganisation. This include work division, remuneration equity etc. This management iseffectively managed with the help of digital technology. This system is used by the organisationto track the record of the employees. Computers helps the organisation to feed the data of theemployees. The organisation 's management makes use of effective strategies in order to achieveset growth and development within the team. This management style helps the organisation toachieve the goals and objectives of the organisation (Holten and Brenner, 2015).The role of leader and different leadership stylesLeader play most important role in success of the organisation. As leader tends tomotivate the employees and influence them to achieve the objective of the organisation anddirects them towards the growth of the organisation. In this leadership style , the leader are tendsto create such conditions where people at all level are motivated to work hard and increase theproductivity of the restaurants and also as per the potential of workers. This leadership design insuch a way that each and every employees are satisfied with the working environment. Thisleadership of the organisation make use of effective digital technology. These help theorganisation to work in effective and efficient way and also prove the better direction to theemployees so that they work accordingly to achieve the desired results.
