Research instrument- In research method, there are many different kinds of research
instruments, including tests, questionnaires, and checklists. The questionnaire instrument was
chosen by the researcher because it is quick and efficient in gathering information from a big

corporation that creates digital products and mobile applications. The company launched its
operations in the year of 2007. (Purwanto,2019). Waracle is a company that does business in the
UK. The company's headquarters are in New Street House, London. Leadership is a crucial
notion in the modern digital era since it motivates the subordinate to operate effectively and
efficiently (Mufti and et.al.,2020). Leadership is the capacity of a person or group of people to
persuade and guide the company's followers to work in a particular direction. They are the ones
who have clearly defined how the subordinates work in order to understand the corporate vision.
Within the organisation, having strong leadership enables employees to work and produce more
effectively. The corporation has the option of adopting any number of various leadership

philosophies. such as an autocratic leader, a democratic approach, a laissez-faire attitude, and a

level of performance of employees. Leadership has the power to impact the level of performance
in the company as the world and work is getting dynamic. That is why proper balance is required
in building the right work culture. In that process communication plays an essential role that will
contribute more to the level of productivity in the team. Due to leadership the chosen company
will be able to cultivate the level of creativity which will tend to elevate the daily progress at the
workplace. It allows the company to delegate the work to the respective people who have proper
knowledge about the work (Maak, Pless and Wohlgezogen, 2021). The work will be divided as
per their skills in order to enhance the level of efficiency in various tasks. The leaders have this
knowledge to communicate properly as communications is the main key to contribute more to
the company. That is why the goals of the company will be clear and focused so that it can be
achievable for the employees. It can also be seen that it is in human nature to expect return on
investment and the efforts. With the help of proper training and leadership support it will be easy
to bring more results in the company. Along with it, the leaders have the power to impact various
aspects such as level of sales, revenue, productivity, customer expectation and many others.
Good leadership tends to enhance the level of performance at the work and there will be clear
distinction among the seniors and the employees (Li and et.al., 2021). As the term employee
