Describe what happened and how:
According to the case a client of the company Max Lionel Realty was in a hurry and
thought to take the exist gate while leaving. Unfortunately, the client slipped and
broke her wrist. One of the agent of the company went to help, but the worker
criticized the client for wearing high heels. Due to this reason client got humiliated
and threatened to sue the company for her injuries and mental trauma.
Later another worker noticed that the exit door was blocked from outside with some
boxes of paper.

SUGGEST CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
The cleaning facility must keep the working area clean and safe and must be regularly
checked.
Proper training to the employees of the organization about health and safety in
organization.
Warehouse should be present for the equipment and other accessories such as boxes of
paper.
Abiding by the laws and guidelines of WHS act 2011.
Strict actions should be taken for not obeying the organizational guidelines.

7. INCIDENT INVESTIGATION (comments to include causal factors):
Client Jeanie May broke her wrist as she fell from the stair well. After the
investigation it was found that the door by the stairwell was blocked by boxes of
paper. Moreover, the staircase was oily. While getting help from one of the company’s
agent, she got criticized due to which the agent sued against the company complaining
that the incident has caused mental trauma and loss of income.
