INTRODUCTIONBelow report will be identifying the management & leadership of a restaurant chain named asHazev, Haz and Tas. An organization is basically a restaurant located in Turkey, including 12subdivision located inBritish capital. These branches consist 3 cafes, seven eating house andtwo bars. The study is going to classify administration and leading style utilized by manager orleader in an enterprise. (Burns, 2016). MAIN BODYLO1P1 Different classic administration hypothesisThe organizational structure of Hazev, Haz and Tas consists a finance manager,managing director, warehouse manager & every restaurant have a particular restaurant and barmanager. The administrative hypothesis that is utilized in the company is Henri Fayoladministration hypothesis. Henri Fayol is popular as the male parent of administration as well ashas laid down fourteen principle for administration. This theory of management is used withinthe organizational structure includes work division, equity, discipline, remuneration etc. Allthese management principles assists leaders in ensuring improved administration of businessoperations in a firm. It is the administration which is successfully accomplishedthrough the assistance ofadvance technology. The method and software utilized by the business entity helps the businessin keeping a record of its worker performance and understand at what places value can be gainedand increased in order to achieve success and growth (Kirchmer, 2017). The computers usedallow the organisation to feed the employee data and evaluate their potential.Along with it, the organizational structure of the organisation is top to bottom but it alsogoes from bottom to top. P2 The function of leaders and various types of leadership stylesThe manager of the organisation is its Managing Director. He tends to make use ofeffective leadership style such as Systems leadership in order to direct the organization towardsgrowth and success. In this leadership style, the managing director of the restaurant chainpurposely develop such situations where masses at all levels are working productively as pertheir potentials.
