INTRODUCTION
Below report will be identifying the management & leadership of a restaurant chain named as
Hazev, Haz and Tas. An organization is basically a restaurant located in Turkey, including 12
subdivision located in British capital. These branches consist 3 cafes, seven eating house and
two bars. The study is going to classify administration and leading style utilized by manager or
leader in an enterprise. (Burns, 2016).

P1 Different classic administration hypothesis
The organizational structure of Hazev, Haz and Tas consists a finance manager,
managing director, warehouse manager & every restaurant have a particular restaurant and bar
manager.
The administrative hypothesis that is utilized in the company is Henri Fayol
administration hypothesis. Henri Fayol is popular as the male parent of administration as well as
has laid down fourteen principle for administration. This theory of management is used within
the organizational structure includes work division, equity, discipline, remuneration etc. All
these management principles assists leaders in ensuring improved administration of business
operations in a firm.
It is the administration which is successfully accomplished through the assistance of
advance technology. The method and software utilized by the business entity helps the business
in keeping a record of its worker performance and understand at what places value can be gained
and increased in order to achieve success and growth (Kirchmer, 2017). The computers used
allow the organisation to feed the employee data and evaluate their potential.
Along with it, the organizational structure of the organisation is top to bottom but it also
goes from bottom to top.
P2 The function of leaders and various types of leadership styles
The manager of the organisation is its Managing Director. He tends to make use of
effective leadership style such as Systems leadership in order to direct the organization towards
growth and success. In this leadership style, the managing director of the restaurant chain
purposely develop such situations where masses at all levels are working productively as per
their potentials.

The administration of the Hazev, Haz and Tas makes utilization of a combination of
Autocratic, Consensual and Democratic styles of management. The autocratic management style
helps the managers to make their decisions unilaterally.
It helps the restaurant's management to ensure faster decision making and consider only a
single persons preferences, which is often the managing director of the organisation (Zukin,
Lindeman and Hurson, 2017). The consensual style of management allows the management to
present problems to their team members for discussions and input of encourage them to make
required decisions. It results in team member increase and group decision commitment.
The democratic management style used within the organisation helps the managers to
offer the employees with an opportunity to engage in decision making practices. In this style, all
the decisions are majority agreed. Also, the information flow from both uppermost to lowermost
and bottom to upper in this sort of management.
The management styles within the company achieves prosperity through help of advance
technology. The management tends to make use of the digital technology in order to monitor
employee’s performance and to collect precise data. Along with it, it helps the organisation to
