Motivational strategy for an organization
Motivation is one of the most important aspects which helps in motivating
employees in order to increase there productivity and keeps them motivated in
relation to there performance.

REWARD SYSTEM
This is one of the most important
strategy which is based upon
promotion which is given to
employees.

Trust
This is one of the most important aspects
in any organization and it is a two way
street. Employees want to know that
their manager is looking out for their
best interests, which motivates them to
succeed.

Produce a comprehensive motivational
strategy .
Through motivational strategies organization like sainsbury is
able to build confidence within there employee's that makes
work done in more effective manner. Also through confidence,
trust if formed which increases employees sustainability in the
organization. This is helpful in making growth of organization
possible helping in making goals and objectives achieved within
time limit specified for it.

Situation 1: Managers of an organization like sainsbury wants to establish more
advanced communication system within the organization.
In order to achieved this communication approach should be applied which make
information flow developed in more effective way.

develop better decision mechanism which includes employees
within it.

should use democratic leadership approach which gives
employees opportunity to be part of decision making

firmed which makes growth of organization done in
effective way.

Performance management is the process by which
performance of employee has been improved in more
effective manner. This management makes employees
various abilities and skills enhanced.
