leaders. Many great leaders of leading business set example before the world with their
excellence. Hence, the purpose of the study is to understand the importance of leaders and their

managers were not working effectively causing obstacles in offering best service to the
customers of users of the search engine Google. Thus, in order to address the issue, Page took an
instant decision of dissolving the position of project managers from the company. Instead he
