of deploying staff more efficiently & reducing customer complaint by 25% can be attained in a
proper manner. Model of change leadership is defined below:
Communication: If business owner and manager in Barnacles will be able to
communicate and interact with workers in a clear manner, it will became easy to adopt
changes. Clarity with aspects like What and How will allow the employees to understand
change in a more proper manner.

industry, change is essential. It is responsibility of managers to understand core areas which are
fruitful for change and growth of association. There are some issues which faced by
organisations to implement modifications such as lack of planning, improper communication,
etc. Due to such issues, there is mis- balance in synchronisation of business activities. Hence
proper collaboration among employees, so they are aware about reasons of implementing
changes. In order to implement successfully, Lewis Change Management Model has to be
implemented. Workers must be committed for which they are liable. In order to get positive
outcome in sustainability of hospitality organisation, regular analysis has to be done.
