Leadership is a skill for a leader and and a practice which is necessary in an organisation to be performed for better results and
higher performances of staff. Thus, there are certain aspects that are major for the concept of leadership and these are:
 Honesty, as no leader can inspire and enhance people performance by keeping them from the truth and rendering them
lower clarity.
 Innovation, is the second most important and essential aspect which makes a leaders successful and their leadership a

instructions and working according to the aim of the firm for keeping up with the standards of these statements.
