INTRODUCTIONPsychic prison is related to organisational processes compose psychological criteriawhich creates a limitation on them for thoughts and actions (Hapman, Duggan and Combs,2011). This psychological criteria makes a compulsion on them to think in these boundarieswhich decrease their opportunities to be successful. This project is based on Marks and Spencerand provide details on organisational life cycle which shows that working of the organisationfrom origin point to end. Also this project will discuss on types of psychic prison and level ofchanges in it. After this, it will focus on resistance to change, loss and grief, coping with changeswhich opens new dimensions for the change in a person. At last it will make a personal analysisto identify self psychic prison, limitation for opportunities and better future. TASKPsychic Prison organisational life cycleThe organisational life cycle is related to life of organisation where from it's start till todemission of it's (Veon, 2014.). An idea is a base of a business which determine the success ofthe business in the market sop it is essential for the entrepreneurs to develop a better idea whichcan help to them to increase organisation life cycle which can help to them to generate profits forlonger time. Starting time of a company takes time to develop market and improve theirmarketing activities in their targeted market which can help to them to work against theirbusiness objectives. Marks and Spencer has established in 1984 to work in retail clothing sectorbecause it has a never ending demands and they are working to provide products against thedemands of customers which can help to them to be in the market for a longer time. They areworking superbly in present market which shows that they had choose a right idea.Organisational life cycle has mainly five stages which are;Existence: This is the staring time or it can be said this the birth time of an organisation (Hoppe,Pastor and Paik, 2012). In this stage company is having a it's focus to increase number ofcustomers by delivering their products and services. Survival: It is a second stage in which organisation is looking forward to increase their marketshare and as well as to improve it's capabilities to deliver more better [products to morecustomers in a time. 1
