 INTRODUCTION
Group practices related to medical services sector are those in which a team of physicians works on a case for
patient’s care. It is essential for the organisations working in health and medical sector to be more effective in group
practices which can help them to deliver better services to pateints (Tseng and Kuo, 2014). This report is based on
NHS which is a regulatory body on health and social care organisations operating in the UK. This report will discuss
about the effect of theories and models on group practices along with formation of an effective group for a particular
work. This report will provide a brief explanation on the facilitating groups in NHS to deliver better services to their
targeted customers. It is essential for NHS to provide appropriate training sessions by effective learning style that
will be explained here. Also, monitoring and review is an essential part in these firms which will be described in this
report.

1.1 Explain how you analyse the impact of theories and models on group work practice
It is essential in NHS to deliver better practices to their targeted audience. So, it is essential for team working on
patient care to be more effective in group development which can be helpful for them to deliver satisfaction to
patient by their services (Stewart, 2014). Different types of people are essential in a group development which can
help to deliver better practices to patients. According to Tuckman theory, a group formation has four stages which
creates a huge impact on their working practices. These are stated as below:
Forming: This is the first stage of a team in which all people are new in the team, especially in the medical
assistance in the NHS (Difficult Group Behaviours, 2017). As I am working as a Senior Community Support Worker
in the NHS so I have enough knowledge about this theory which helped me a lot to suggest our seniors to provide a
proper care to patient. This is my duty to analyse needs of patients and communicate about this to our seniors by
which they can make a better team which can help to them to make a pro-per customer’s assistance. So in this
stage, people formally behave to each other and give their opinions about the case.
Storming: This is another process in which mutual concerns creates conflicts in between team members so it is
essential for the higher management to make a proper analysis of the team members and they have to make a
proper solutions for this (Valentine, Nembhard and Edmondson, 2015). To decrease personal conflicts I have to
advise my seniors to take medical specialist which are having a same point of view on case. In order to avoid
personal conflict, I have referred my senior to take the advise of medical specialists.
Norming: This is a time in which team members are start to work on the process by resolving all of their conflicts
and issue on the case. According to this theory, higher management has to provide all equipment which can help to
them to work on their case and utilize this time.
Performing: this is a situation in which team members are working in a full flow on t6he case, there all mutual

concerns are resolved and they are having their proper focus on the case.
1.2 Explain how to form and maintain a cohesive and effective group
An effective group can only be formed if all its members agree to work on same goals in order and keep faith in their
manager or leader. They need to make a set of rule before starting any work so at the time of any problematic
situation like conflicts among two people, they can refer to their rules and find an appropriate solution of the
problem. Every member of group must have complete knowledge the task that he/she is going to perform, their
ideas should be taken in account before making any decision (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014). Sometime they do not
speak out their feelings but senior worker should try to understand their unspoken words and mood. Members
should be selected from different division so group can have every kind of employee which is necessary for
accomplishing a complete task effectively. Strength of every individual must be utilised by making them accountable
for the work which they are doing.
A team face various kind of problems when they try to achieve their targets, if they do not solve their internal issues
at the point of their generation than they cannot make a cohesive group. Meeting of employees has to be organised
on continuous basis so members can discuss different matter and make their future plans accordingly. Senior
worker should inspire his/her subordinates in regular interval of time in order to maintain high level of motivation and
also provide guidance to them, which is essential need of an effective & efficient group. Senior worker should

Directive: This is an authoritative type of style in which higher authority can give a direct instruction to the team
members in the NHS. It can reduce the group dynamics and skills of the team members (Abbott, 2014).
Authoritative way can decrease self-motivation in the team members which can reduce life cycle of group, group
outcomes and development of roles.
Exploratory: By using in the organisation higher management can motivate their employees, in this higher
management can ask queries of team members which can help to them to increase their self-motivation. This will
make a positive impact on the group dynamics, life cycle of group, group outcomes and development of roles.
Delegating: this is an another way to facilitating people working in the team, by using this method higher
management can assign work to each of the team members and provide a role to them to work in the team (Kong,
2014). It is essential to identify group dynamics and skills of the team members which can help to them to allocate
work to them. It can increase life cycle of group and outcome from them.
Participative: An open communication in between the higher management and team members can help to the
management to allocate work better and facilitate in a better way. By this team members can communicate their
personal experience with higher authority which can help to them to make a better change in the workings and
facilities which they are having a needs during the work. So by this they can improve group dynamics of the
employees working in the team. This one can help to them to increase their participation in the team which can
improve outcomes.
1.3 Explain why it is important to be clear about the purpose and desired outcomes for the group

A group is made by lot of members, their thinking and working style is different. It is significant to have a clear goals
in order to avoid various types of confusing that can arise in a team. If members will not have complete information
about the task which they are going to perform chances of repetition increase. Senior worker can make a
continence plan if they know desired outcome, it assist a group in achieving their objectives effectively by doing
optimum utilisation of available resources (Northouse, 2017). Time and money are two one of the most important
resources that is available to a unit, if they have clear purpose than they can make a planning according so they can
use given resources in appropriate manner. It play significant role in minimising the wastage of funds and time.
Most of the organisation set an aim so they can evaluate their performance and find the shortcomings which are
present in their work. This process support in find the areas where they need improvement. If members of a team
know their major targets than they can synchronise their work in a manner where all of their efforts move in one
direction and they achieve their aim in short period of time. Most of the unit get good start when they initiate their
programme but if they do not have clear goals than they divert from their path and move in wrong direction which is

It is essential for the organisation to get an expected outcome from each of their teams which can help to them to be
more customer effective. It is essential for the organisation to increase participant engagement in the tasks which
can help to them to make a better change in the organisation and deliver to better care to patients according to their
expectations. As I am working as a Senior Community Support Worker so it is essential to analyse needs of the
groups which can help to them to work better and deliver a better outcome as per their expectations (Kolb, 2014).
Participant engagement is must to achieve group outcomes because it can increase personal interest in the work
which motivates motivates & encourage the participants to work better which can help to the organisation to deliver
a better work or outcome within a time-frame. Some of the points are here by which I have analyse the importance

Past experience: As I am working as a Senior Community Support worker, I have analysed that many times,
organisation gets failed to deliver better services to the clients. It is important for us to deliver a service or care to

Feedbacks: NHS is having a policy of feedbacks from clients on delivered services and by this method I have
analysed that most of the customers are having some little issue in their medical care which shows that teams

has to make some changes to increase the involvements of employees working in a team.

Group facilitation can be defined as a procedure in which one individual get accepted by other members of group.
That person should be neutral and does not have any king of substantial decision making authority (Northouse,
2015). In group facilitation, one person discover and resolve all team problems, then make effective decisions so
that effectiveness of team can be increased. So it can be said that, main responsibility of facilitator is enhance the
efficiency of group by improving or developing its design and procedures. There are various methods through which
I can enhance facilitation of my group. These are following as under:
Create right environment: Being a senior community support worker, it is responsibility of mine to provide good
working environment to my team members so that they can accomplish team goals and objectives in en effective
manner. It also can decrease chances of industrial conflict and disputes. This is that best technique through which I
can facilitate my group. Good and positive working environment motivates the participants to work hard and even
retain them for longer period with the organisation. Right environment gives clear and specific direction to personnel

so that they can know what company expects from them.
By conducting group discussion: When many individual come together to make conversation on a particular
topic or a list of topics, then it is known as group discussion. It can be consider as a meeting but it is very much
different from formal meetings. To facilitate my group I can lead a team discussion in which I can involve all group
members. Through this, I can get a huge number of ideas by my team members. In this kind of conversation,
employee feel themselves free to speak on a specific topic. So it can be used as group facilitating method.
2.2 Explain how you prepare an environment that is conducive to the functioning of the group
To provide good working environment for better functioning of group, I as a Senior Support Worker can take help of
below mentioned points: Empower and involve each team member: By delegating powers to team members I can enhance their
confidence to achieve group goals (Cummings and Worley, 2014). This is that main aspect thorough which I
can make increase their involvement in group tasks. This can also work as a motivation tool. Give opportunity to everyone in team: Being a senior community support worker, it is my big responsibility
to not being partial. If I will be partial for some group persons then it can decrease confidence of my other
team members. By giving equal opportunity to all group members I can make them realise that they all are
equal for me. Communicate with team members: To facilitate better functioning of group it is very much important for me
to communicate with other members of group. With the help of this I can make better understanding with my
team members which can result in accomplishment of team goals and objectives. Appreciate people: If I will appreciate my team members and their efforts, then it can also create good

working environment within my team and organisation (Malekoff, 2015). So, appreciation is one of the best
methods through which I can facilitate functioning of my own group. Manage each individual in group: If activities and practices of group members will be managed in an
effective manner, then it can help in the accomplishment of team goals within less time period (Safety
measurement and monitoring in healthcare: a framework to guide clinical teams and healthcare organisations
in maintaining safety, 2017). Thus, it is responsibility of mine to manage and control each and every person
of my group. Reward each success: Reward system is a great method through which I can motivate my team members
to contribute more in attaining group goals and objectives. This is the best method by which I can facilitate
good working environment.
 Create and maintain team spirit: It is very much important for me to make and maintain team spirit within
group. By creating team spirit I can facilitate good working environment which can result in smooth
functioning of group activities and practices.
Henceforth, these are some most important ways through which I can improve functioning of my group (Bishop,
2015). To accomplish team goals it is very much important for senior worker to provide good working environment
to its group people. With the help of above mentioned points is can improve and develop my team in effective as
well as in systematic manner.
2.3 Explain how you work with a group/s to agree acceptable group and individual behavior.
When we work under group, then we interact with various individual which are different from each other. They all
have their own thinking and behaviour. To achieve group goals it is very much important for team leader to bring all
members on same page. Without this, they cannot accomplish team goals and objectives. To make all members

work together, I have to operate two tasks, which are following as under:
Solve individual queries: This is my biggest responsibility, according to this I should solve each and every query
of my team members so that they can that they can get satisfied with their questions and doubts. Somehow, if I
failed to solve their queries it gives rise to conflict between workers which is not healthy for an organisation in
context of gaining competitive edge in the marketplace over their rivals.
Connect group goals with individual objectives: For better functioning of group, it is very much important for
senior leader to interrelate personal and professional objectives of individual with group goals (Forehand and
Kotchick, 2016). By doing this, I can motivate my team members to contribute more in accomplishing team goals.
Hence, with the help of above mentioned points I can solve all queries of my all team members so that I can bring
them on same page, and work as a one team. Being a support worker, it is important for me to share great rapport
with my employees and other co-workers as it promotes healthy and positive working environment which ultimately
leads to accomplish the objective of enterprise in a systematic manner.
2.4 Explain how you work with a group to negotiate and agree tasks, desired outcomes and ways of
working

Negotiation is a process in which two parties come together and compromise some of their demands. It also can be
defined as a methods through which two individual can settle their differences. This method determines the benefits
of both parties and create a good relationship between them. This term can be used in various situations such as
legal system, global affairs, and industrial conflicts and so on. Individual with negotiation skills can resolve their
differences which have raised between him and others.
Being a senior community support worker I have negotiate with other team members by resolving their queries and
providing them better services. With the help of negotiation I have realised that industrial disputes or small conflicts

can be solve with mutual understanding. Through this, I can achieve my desired outcomes which I have expected
from other members of my team. This is the best method, by which I can provide good working environment to my
group persons. With the help of negotiation I can make my people agree on my terms and conditions. But in
exchange I aloes have to make some efforts to satisfy their needs and wants. I also have to make some efforts to
fulfil their needs and wants which ultimately gives them higher satisfaction level. Otherwise I cannot resolve different
issues and problems of my group.
With the help of negotiation I can change ways of working which can be beneficial for company as well as group
(Day, Fleenor and Atwater, 2014). Henceforth, it can be said that negotiation plays an important role in groups.
Through this, senior and junior team members can work together without any problem and difficulty. It also helps in
solving problems of each and every member of group. Without negotiation, group members cannot work together
and also cannot accomplish group goals in an effective manner.
3.1 Explain how you use a range of methods to accommodate different learning styles within the group
As the senior community social worker of National Health Service, I worked on a different range of methods that can
help to accommodate different learning styles within a group (Aarons, Ehrhart and Farahnak, 2014). They use visual
learning style that can help to provide better services to large number of public. I will observe many things it
includes pictures, diagrams, displays, hand-outs, flip chart etc. So these all factors help to perform all tasks in
effective manner. To collect all information and data relate to services. I always made various checklist and memo
that can help to easily assess information and data and provide better services to public in less duration of time.
They also arrange the feedback session and queries so public easily communicate their pointy and idea in front of
managers. I will also prefer the auditory learning style this can help to attract most of public. This can be done by
words, sounds and noises. I will always focus for give better attention in learning methods and perform all task after
listening the instruction and suggestion from a professional and experts. Another learning's style that are mostly
used is that kinaesthetic or tactile, this give a physical experience like touching, practical, feeling, holding and on
and on experience. I will largely focus to adopt this learning style, this will gives better performance of work and in

this method, various experiment are going on. It includes to trace the words and information in a piece of paper. I
will able to modify any wrongful matter and information and prepare new data.
 Visual: By using digital system, training can be provided to co-workers in the NHS. A complete power point
presentation can be presented in front of team members which can help to learn effective working style. It is
the most effective style by which employees can learn faster.
 Aural: Speech from specialist person can be given which can help to provide them a guidance that can help
to work better.

As a senior consultant social worker, I gave my best effort to engage participants in various learning process. I will
largely focus for various strategies that can help to encourage the workers to largely participate in this process.
Firstly I will largely focus for those people who are largely interested top contribute in this sector and provide
benefits that can help to encourage their participation level (DuBrin, 2015). I will focus for commutation process this
can help to increase the motivation level of workers so they can give their largely contribution. Better
communication channel among team and its members promote positive working environment and motivates
existing and current staff members. To clear explain all objectives and expectations in front of participants. If any
changes require then I will worked for on it. I will give all responsibilities to large number of group and also ask
questions and advice so it can attract large worker to participate in it. This is most effective method that can help to
demonstration value of valuation is that to set that can observe a group of people.
I will always focus to create smaller groups relate to minded people. Next step I worked on to consult various groups
that participate in this sector. If group face any problem and challenge than it is my duty to encourage their
motivation level so they can able to make better contribution it helps to provide better services to large number of
public. I will also worked to identify the need and want of participate so I will worked on fulfil these needs and wants,
it helps to increase the motivation level of worker (Clark, Tomich and Van Noordwijk, 2016).
3.3 Explain how you intervene effectively in a group session to improve the learning process
Firstly I will focus for better communication process to their large participants this can help to improve learning
method. There are some methods that can help to improvement and development of learning process, these are as
follows:
Establish group goals: To establish the proper collaborative learning’s method, it is necessary for Establishment of
group goals as well as accountability. So before start any project, it is necessary to define goals and objectives. To
establish group norms: It is necessary for every group to participate in interactive and negotiation process. These

norms are differ from situation top situation so it become rigid.
Training and development program: I will largely focus for establishment of training and development program in
organization this can help to increase the knowledge and skill of workers and participate in learning process.
Group help to reduce anxiety: If resolve any grievances that exist in organization working, groups give necessary
support for resolve this factor. It create the positive learning atmosphere. They also used to reduce the stressful
strategies so they can completed their task with full efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish group interaction: The quality of discussion is predictor of group’s achievement (Schünemann,
Wiercioch and Etxeandia, 2014). It is necessary for each member of group to participate in their roles and
responsibilities and also participate in discussion process.
I will effectively deal with such group that can help to improve and enhance learning process. I will largely
effectively deal group that can help to improve learning process. I will encourage more workers to largely participate
in group discussion process this can help to produce better services. I will largely focus for solve problems and
critical thinking style. This methods also improve and develop learning process. To in different types of learning
scenarios, debates, writing projects and collaborative writing methods can improve the learning process of learners.

4.1 Explain how you demonstrate inclusive practice when facilitating groups

Inclusive practice is related to the identification of people needs relevant to learnings working in the group to
enhance their potentials to learn (Garmston and Wellman, 2016). As I am working as a Senior Community Support
worker so it is essential for me to provide a proper environment to the group members which can help to them to
learn about new working style. Group discussion is part which helped me to identify needs of the group members
which supported me a lot in context of facilitating roles and responsibilities to them. Team members are having a
huge diversity regarding to language and understanding levels which is affecting on their learnings so it is essential
for the organisation to identify their needs of learnings which can help to them to better facilitate.
Personal discussion is also helped me to analyse what are the needs of the people are working in the group, it is
essential for the higher management to provide a proper information on the case by an appropriate method of
communication. So this inclusive practice helped me a lot to identify the needs of the group members by which
higher management has facilitated to the people working in the team. I have made personal discussion with my
team member who supported me to analyse what is their understanding level and what types of information needs
to provide them better services as per the expectations framed by NHS. Also it enable to identify what are their
thinking and views concerned with particular activity. It is important for each and every organisation as it serve basis
for future growth and success in the context of both employees and company.
4.2 Explain how you support consensus and manage conflict within a group

Consensus is a type of normal agreement made by a mediator for two parties which are having a conflict on a
mutual concern. Most of the organization are suffering from conflicts in their team members which are impacting on
their performance so it is essential for them to establish a mediator in their teams which can help to them to work
better and build better communication among them (Brown, 2015). As NHS is public organization so it is essential

for them to provide a better and appropriate services to their customers which can help to them to be effective in
their work. So they have to manage all types of conflicts and mainly in their team members which can help to them
to deliver a better services on their different cases.
As we are working in the team on a particular case so it is my duty to deliver a better treatment and medical
assistance to our patients which can heal his pain or on his diseases. As I am working as a Senior Community
Support Workers so I Know what are the needs of the case and what is the condition of the case. Sometimes, team
members are having conflicts on case, regarding to setting a better treatment for the patients, creating steps of
treatments and allocation of responsibilities (Salend, 2015). So it is my duty to manage these types of conflicts by
setting up personal duties working in the team. The best way to deal with such conflicts is to listen the view point of
both concerned parties and then draw a final conclusion with the mutual consideration of both parties. It is
essential for me to be effective for our clients so it is required to resolve these types of conflicts from teams by
providing responsibilities as per their potentials and skills.
4.3 Explain how to challenge excluding or discriminatory behaviour
Discrimination is a factor which is not acceptable in the organization and teams, it demotivate to those persons on
which discrimination is impacting so it is essential for the higher management and team members to resolve the
discrimination by team. Some of the ways are here to challenge discrimination in the team;
Identifying discrimination: This is the first step against the discrimination in the team that which type of
discrimination is happening in the team which decreasing of the morale of the team. It is also essential to identify ion
whom this discriminatory acts are impacting (Ways to challenge discrimination and promote change, 2017). These
are the basics actions against the discrimination which can help to the organization to be strict against it which can
help to them create a strong bonding in the team members which can support them to work better.
Work according Equality Framework 2010: This is an act which is totally work against the discrimination in the
organization and it provides a framework in the salary, working opportunities and benefits which can impact on the

employees working in the organization.
Investigate on the cause for discrimination: It is essential for the higher management to identify the cause for
discrimination in the teams which are impacting on them (Beebe and Masterson, 2014). It can help to the higher
management to remove these cause for long-lasting which can help to them to be more effective for their

Non Participate group behaviours: Some of the team members are having an observing behaviour, instead of
participating collectively on workings. So I have used them by providing supervisory work which can help to them to
work according to their personal interest (Stewart and Shamdasani, 2014). These types of team members are
having less confidence level to execute work by their end so I have provided them an appropriate training which
helped them to be more confident on that particular work. In order to generate higher output from them, it is
important to assign task as per their skills, knowledge and competency.
Monopolizing: It is related to that condition in which a person is having an expertise in a particular work while
working in a team and this work does not be shared with any one. I have utilized this situation to be effective to
deliver an appropriate customer satisfaction by recommending to our seniors to allot work to experts. Apart from
that, it is beneficial for its both personal and professional growth.
4.5 Explain when to refer issues and areas of concern
It is often founded in the NHS that team are facing different issues which are making a trouble to deliver a better
quality work to clients. It is must for the organisation to deliver an appropriate customer satisfaction because it is
prior for the organisation to deliver because it is working in the medical and health care sector. Lower level
employees faces certain challenges and problems at their workplace, so it is important for them to communicate
and develop better relationship with their senior which assist then to deal with such issues or grievances in most
effective and efficient manner (Tseng and Kuo, 2014). It is prior for the organisation that their employees
communicate with them on these issues which can help to them to resolve this and well facilitating them. Some of
the ways are here by which an employee can communicate these problems to their seniors;
Issue in work: This is a major problem found in the organisation which can be resolve by immediately
communicating with senior, it can help to them to work properly and seniors can provide them an alternative way to
work to avoid this problem and issue (Raising an issue at work, 2017).

Informal Approach: This is another way to hand over an issue, employee can communicate his problem regarding
to work to his senior and also he can work on it to resolve it retain the flow of work.
Formal complaint: Employees can make a formal complaint to their seniors which can help to them to make a
better solutions against it. This is the best and suitable way to handover issue to higher management which can
support to the organisation to avoid this situation in the future.
Learning Outcome 5- Be able to monitor and review the work of a group in health and social care or
children and young people’s work settings
5.1 Explain how you can work with a group to agree monitoring and review processes
Monitoring is an essential element to deliver an appropriate customer satisfaction, as NHS is working in the health
and social care so it is essential for them to deliver a better work. Teams which are working on the children care are
having a huge need to provide a proper care to them which can help to the organization to deliver a better workings
(Stewart, 2014). As I am working as a senior worker of the organization I have to support monitoring system which
can help in determining faults of employees which are not working properly. As I am working in the adult mental
health care with NHS so it is essential for teams which will visit for home to provide a medical care to patient.
Monitoring through technology can help to the team members to make an evidence that they have used an
appropriate process to provide a medical relief and care to patient. This is justified reason which can agree team
members to use this monitoring system while delivering services at home site. As I am senior worker of the
organisation so here I can use check list of the organisation and I can evaluate workings of the teams which are
providing services at home. I can monitor to all of the team members by using check list which can ensure that all of
the safety precautions and ways are used to provide a medical treatment. This one can help to the team to reduce
any type of risk regarding to the delivery of the work and this one can ensure the team members that authentic
process has been used.
5.2 Explain how you implement systems and processes to monitor and review the progress of a group

It is essential for the NHS to provide a quality work to patients which can provide an appropriate relief to them.
System implementation is huge task for the organization which can make a huge impact on the performance of the
people working in the team (Valentine, Nembhard and Edmondson, 2015). As the NHS is working in the health care
so it is essential for the higher management to monitor their employees that they are working properly or not as per
their roles and responsibilities. For providing mental care to adults it is essential to use technology which can help to
understand of the progress of medical team on it. So in the first visual monitoring can help to the organization to
deliver a quality services.
Regular visits of higher authority can be helpful in monitoring of the group performance. This is monitoring process
which is mostly used to the health and care organization to analyze that their team are working properly or not
(Phase VII: Steps for implementing, promoting and monitoring the plan, 2017). Weekly visit can be used in this
process by which group performance can be analyzed on the basis of their objectives. Surprise visit can be used by
the higher management which can help to the organization to deliver a quality services (Armstrong and Taylor,
2014). This one can help in to review on the process used by the team to provide a medical care. An expert
delegation can help in to this and higher management has to use this in to the surprise visit. Apart from that at the
end of every month, formal meeting can be arranged in which appreciation or appraisal is given to employees who
perform well and suggestions, feedback's are given to those who needs improvement.
5.3 Explain how you assess the effectiveness of a group in relation to identified outcomes
As NHS is working to provide a medical care sector so it is essential for the team which are working in it to improve
their workings as per their objectives. Effectiveness of the group can be assess by their work against the targets.
Effectiveness f a team working can be assessed on its performance against the targets so higher management of
the NHS can evaluate team workings as per their targeted work which has to be complete in a particular time
period. It can also be measure via the final output yield by the entire team. If the team members have fulfill all the
necessary condition related to particular task and within the time frame, that means that group members have work
effectively and efficiently. Also team workings can be assessed by the remaining work. So both of the methods can
help to the higher management to make some initial changes in the teams which can make them effective against
the targets (Abbott, 2014). On the basis of the remaining work it can be identified that team is effective or not to
obtain its targets ion the time. It is prior for the organization to provide an appropriate workings to the patients by

creating effective teams which can help to them to be more effective to their clients. Time consuming is another
factor on the basis of this team effectiveness can be assessed because many of the team takes a more time to act
on it. If a team is taking a lot time in to attain its targets so it is essential for the organization to make some initial
changes in their teams which can help to them to be effective against the targets
5.4 Explain how you reflect on strengths and areas for development in own practice of facilitating groups
There are several areas of development for facilitating groups in the organization, communication is a factor on
which I have to work more. Because it is essential for me to identify what are the needs of the people in the
organisation on which higher management can work. So it is essential to communicate with the team members to
identify the factors on which higher management can work (Kong, 2014). I have to learn different communication
style which can help to me to communicate in formal and informal ways. Better communication with other team
members promotes motivation in me and it also build the trust among other co-workers which is necessary when a
person is working with large number of employees. Decision making is an another factor on which I have to work a
lot, I have to learn how to take effective decisions which can help to me to take a better decision in the team
workings which can help to team attain targets.
Analysis of situations and team members is my stronger part, by which I can analyse what are the needs of the
team members to facilitate accordingly. It helps me to work better in creating a better change in the internal
environment of the team. It has also helped me to provide an appropriate working conditions to the team members
which can help to the organisation to provide a quality medical care to the customers.
 CONCLUSION
On the basis of the above report it can be concluded that Team workings are having a huge needs of facilitation
which can provide a proper working conditions and equipment to work. Communication and group discussion are
two effective methods which can help in to identifying needs of the teams, personal communication is also important
it can help to identify the needs of a particular team worker in the NHS. Participating of team members are essential
which can help to the NHS to work better against the targets. Team leaders has to use different techniques to
enhance the participation of the team members which can help to the company to deliver more quality work to
patients. Monitoring is an essential process for enhancing team working and for identify the needs of team to be

effective against its goals.
