The following are definitions of terms, abbreviations and acronyms used in this document.

1.Project Initiation Documentation
Describe how project initiation documentation has been identified, collected and prepared.
Project initiation document contains the project goals and scope along with the
organisation and business case which is followed by constraints, stakeholders and risks also
with the controls and frameworks, moreover, sign off and summary along with the background
and assumptions which is followed by dependencies and governance, communication plan,
quality plan and many more as per the needs and requirements of the project.
2.Project Description
Describe:
- What the project is about and why it is undertaken.
Project is all about Computer Software Development” in which the evolution of
software is undertaken for better management in an organization specially in terms of finance
and human resource management which is prepared by the information technology department
of the company. The reason behind undertaking of the project is the existing issues in managing
the operations of finance and human resources while budgeting and recruiting.
- Identify and discuss the relationship between the project and the broader organizational strategies and goals

Organizational strategies and goals are the customer satisfaction and retention of
employees by maximizing the profit with the help of efficient budgeting in the expenses on the
resources of the company. Project is totally based on the finance management an human
resources management so that budgeting and retention along with the employee retention could
be controlled in an effective manner. This is the relationship between project and organizational
strategies and goals.
3.Project Governance
Describe:
-How the project governance structure has been negotiated for the project.
Project governance structure is negotiated in such a way for the project is like the main
contribution will be in the hands of information technology department where they will lead
and direct the project along with their planning and knowledge of coding. Therefore, they will
act like an expertise. Moreover, senior management of the organization has the role in decision
making and providing the resources as per the requirements of the protect.

4.Project Objectives
Describe:
- How project objectives have been negotiated and documented
Project objectives are to be negotiated with the help of all the stakeholders of the project
management so that proper brainstorming can be done for better development of the software in
which negotiation is a major part so that each and every person can give their opinion and
approvals on budget and tie frame of the project. Moreover, project is to be documented by a
person who is expertise in the project integration management because they know every small
thing to include ethically or legally which could create any problems on a future basis.
- Provide a high level list of key objectives under an overarching main project objective.
Remember that your main project objective should mention the budget and time-frame for the project.

Objectives includes the strategic management of the organisation in financial and
human resource terms for better functioning of the company so that better data analysis and
employee management can be done because budgeting and workforce are the greatest assets of
the company and that is why their management is necessary with accuracy. Its time-frame
includes the six month and budget includes the $90k.

Prepare a list with key information about the project requirements. Add any relevant acceptance criteria, keeping in
mind that acceptance criteria should be measurable and specific to the requirement to keep the project on the path
