framework, stakeholders and corporate ethics. To do so, this paper has analyzed the
telecommunication company Spark NZ which is dedicatedly working for the public of New

This report is aimed at analysing the modern business environment into which
contemporary business entities operate. To do so, this discussion will scrutinize the nature of
the well-known and well-established business entity, their stakeholders along with the risks to
assess their ethical behaviour while doing business in New Zealand (NZ). In this context, the
report is going to discuss professional as well as ethical behaviour while maintaining
relationships with external stakeholders.
