smoothness in the operations of the company. It is essential for the managers to take effective
care of every employee and their work. Responsibilities and duties of every manager and team
leader had been always indispensable in order to manage the operations of the organisation. Both
leaders and managers are highly obliged to follow certain regulations and rules of the
organisation. They are eventually held responsible for maintaining the work environment in an
organisation. The study portrays functioning and execution of activities of two most well-known
companies- Coffee Ville and Max Lionel Realty. The study comprises of three tasks out of which
one is about planning for recruitments, another is for supporting the selection of staffs and the
last one is for reviewing the project. Each of the tasks is based on case scenarios regarding both
the companies.
Task 1
1. Reviewing stimulated documentation of Coffee Ville business
Coffee Ville had been one of the most renowned and well-known cafe shop which is famous in
tits locality for delivering sultry hot coffee to the customers. It had grown into a flourishing
business within few years as owned by Emma Belcastran and Rufus Belcastran. Employees as
well as customers were potentially satisfied with the services being offered by the cafe. The level
of satisfaction had been fulfilled through the services provided by the cafe owners to the
customers.
2. Identifying requirements of role for cafe manager position in Coffee Ville
Various roles and responsibilities are required for being a cafe manager which is needed for
being appointed by Emma Belcastran and Rufus Belcastran, the cafe owners as well as Joe

essential requirement to connect to foreign customers at the cafe.
Responsibility 4 – Having proper leadership and organising skills is highly required in order to
maintain the work culture and work environment. Managing conflicts and resolving issues and
problems would be easier for the cafe manager possessing such skills and abilities.
Responsibility 5 – Motivating staffs is another most skilful ability that is highly demanded within
the capabilities of a cafe manager. In order to motivate staffs, the cafe manager must possess
knowledge about performance staff and must be a good speaker.
Responsibility 6 – Coordinating shift timings and schedules of the employees is eventually
required since the employees work under rotational shifts as they do part time jobs. Hence, one
must have knowledge about scheduling work times and know the techniques to convince
employees for working at their provided time.

understanding of the budget of an organisation. It is evident that estimation of budget and cost
prices of product and development cost requires proper estimation and assumption. From the
above assignment it can also be concluded that achievement of the success in an organisation
from the work of a management totally demand proper estimation of cost and recruitment of
people in an organisation. It is a vision from the assignment that future realistic state needs to be
properly understood by the management of the organisation therefore for the development of an
organisation proper estimation of budget for the security selection and other opportunities jobs
can be done properly and eventually making the organisation smooth for working in the coming
days.
