INTRODUCTION
The operations and leaders are someone who have responsibilities to look after the
individual elements of the organisation that is fit together for the organisation within the work
and to create the large outcome. When the leaders and managers think about the issues. They are

be impacted by these of the things. These are the people who can create the system in order to

of company ASDA as an HR intern stating the feedback on the best approaches and practices of
the operation management.

The operations are related to the multi-disciplinary field the will focus on managing within
the all aspects related to the business organisation. The ASDA company is having the typical
organisation that is integrated with the many of the operations activities. The operation
management of the company is used for the related actions by providing the particular services
for the products (Khaola and Coldwell, 2019). This is related to the necessary planning and also
related to the controlling within the terms of product and services. therefore, the key operations
is as follows-
Planning- the system planning is describing the utilization of management that is
available within the resources to solve the various problems and situation of the organisation. the
planning process will be helpful for the organisation to cope up with the changing situations of
the environment.
Managing- the team work is also very much important as well as necessary part for the
successful operations. They help in managing the systems by the help of effective within the
improvement of the organisation (Kundu, Kumar and Gahlawat, 2019).This will be helpful in
encouragement within the effective way as well as better improvement and enhance the
performance of the employee.
Co-ordinating- this is really important stage and the way of interconnecting things by the
help of various part related to the work. This will be helpful in co-ordinating between the various
roles as well as the responsibilities of the job as well as staff of the operational team of ASDA.
