Theserve customers by offering Clothing, food products and various kinds of home products.Managing such a vast organization is very difficult. Management and operations are critical forevery business. A manager has to perform various managerial functions such as planning,organizing, staffing, directing and controlling. While leader always try to get best work fromworkers. This overall help to satisfy existing customers and attract new one.
