corporation. Company can increase their business sustainability and take opportunity by lay keen
emphasises on quality of products. It also requires maintaining CSR (corporate social
responsibility) and it can be done by fulfilling all the demands and needs of customers.
Political factors: Political factors also impact on operations' management in long term
profitability. There are some factors which company should analyse before entering and
investing in various markets and countries such as: Anti trust laws which is related to auto
mobiles, Tax rates that can influence its business in positive manner and in negative manner.
There is an opportunity of free trade agreement for improving market penetration that directly
impact on decision-making by leaders as it increases sales of the company (Slack and Brandon-
Jones, 2018).
