Further the study will highlight that how roles of leader and function of manager apply indifferent situational context (staff turnover, sales reduction, technological changes). Moreover,the report highlights different theories of leadership (situational, contingency and system) andapplication of these theories according to organizational context. Key approaches to operationmanagement and role that are been played by leaders and managers. Moreover, the study willalso explain the importance and value of operations management in achieving businessobjectives. Leader Leadership is an art of motivating a group of people to acts towards achieving a commongoal. Leadership is the ability to adopt the setting so everyone feels empowers to contributecreatively to solving the problem. A leader sets clear vision for organization and motivates andguides the workers, guides employees through the work process and builds morale. A goodleader motivates the staff by findings the needs and wants of workers, gives them what theyrequire and praise them when good job is done.
