The company was founded in the year 1999. Doug Murphy is the CEO of the companyand Heather Shaw is the president of the company. The company is having number of employeesas 5000. Further the study will highlight that how roles of leader and function of manager apply indifferent situational context (staff turnover, sales reduction, technological changes). Moreover,the report highlights different theories of leadership (situational, contingency and system) andapplication of these theories according to organizational context. Key approaches to operationmanagement and role that are been played by leaders and managers. Moreover, the study willalso explain the importance and value of operations management in achieving businessobjectives.
