Its headquarters is inLondon, England, United Kingdom. This organization is serving its products and services atglobal level. It has given employment to 71,657+ employees. Its parent company is MondelezInternational Company. Its key people are Irene Rosenfeild who is chairman of the company andDirk Van de Put who is chief executive officer of the company (Wu, 2016).Present report will highlight the roles & characteristics of leader and manager andcompare it with each other. It will tell the roles and functions of leader and manager in thedifferent situation arise in the organization.
