INTRODUCTIONOperation and management is an area where management controlling all over process oforganizations like planning, controlling, designing, marketing, selling, supplying etc.management includes responsibilities of business and their operation's (Asam and et.al., 2015).In the organizations operations are comprised various activities such as provides goods andservices to consumers, marketing and promotions of goods.
