Themanager plays effective role in direction to frame effective strategies and polices so that they allare able to manage the all things effectively and efficiently. The present report covering thefollowing activities which are as roles and responsibilities of the leader and manager, functionsand leadership theories. With the help of this all kind of organization is able to run theiroperation effectively. The leader and manager are the crucial part in order to frame the effectivestrategies of the company so that that firm will bale to carry the operation in the effectualmanner.
