It also involves some elements of web frameworks to describe the culture of SnapInc. Also, it involves the management approaches with benefits as well as drawback included. Along with this, innovative strategic objectives of SnapInc have also been included. TASK 1 A. About SnapInc Snapchat is a very well known multi media messaging app that has been developed seven years back, in September 2011.It has been developed in compatible versions for both Android and for the iOS as well.It has been developed by SnapInc. It is classified as a social media organisation. The scope of SnapInc is that more people can install and use the app, share their live stories, images, videos with one another (Evans and Brooks, 2016). SnapInc is also classified as a camera company because their focus is to maintain the fact that camera helps in providing great opportunities so that it can make some sort of improvement in the way people interact and live. It has been observed that the market value of SnapInc is about 17.20USD. B. Organisational structure of SnapInc The organisational structure of SnapInc consists of various factors along with a huge number of strategies involved in it to maintain the processing efficient enough. CEO of SnapInc Evan Speigel after teaming up with a classmate co founded the specified application which is now termed as successful enough in satisfying the requirements of people thus providing a range of different features. The whole company is being run by two founders along with 1859 number of employees on an overall basis. The structure has been expanded from the time it has started and now the company has achieved millions of satisfied users. Also, the company on a regular basis, tries to involve some new features so that their customers can get something different and they don't get bore. This can be considered as a smart move by the company to attract the customers. 1

These can be SWOT analysis, Ans off matrix etc. Thus, describing the objectives of strategic management of SnapInc as under : Using SWOT analysis Strength One factor that can act as strengthening enough for SnapInc is its operations that has made it capable enough of competing with its competitors.The company has maintained satisfying the customers as well by implementing the objectives and management factors well and completely. Opportunities As the demand of today's generation is to maintain privacy, SnapInc has taken complete care of providing this feature to its users. So, this can be considered as a beneficial factor for SnapInc. Threat As SnapInc is growing day by day, there are other companies as well which are leaving no stone unturned to satisfy the customers. Some very common examples of it includes Facebook, Twitter etc. It can also act as a threat for SnapInc. So, SnapInc should ensure making involvement of some ways that can help them in competing with these companies in the market place. Using Porter's five forces Threat of new entrants There are various companies such as Facebook, Twitter etc. that are successfully working worldwide. Also, there are some companies that are planning to come in the market with these features so that they can also make their position in the market. Thus, such companies can act as a threat to SnapInc. Bargaining power of suppliers The raw material SnapInc gets is from different suppliers. So, if the company needs a huge amount, then the suppliers can provide the material in an efficient rate, otherwise they can act dominant as well. So, it depends on the quantity the company wants. Bargaining power of buyers People want to spend a less amount for getting quality and standard products. This can act quite pressure full for SnapInc because higher the bargaining power of people, higher is the chance to seek discounts (Bamberger and Jonathan, 2017). Threats of substitute products 5

Rivalry among existing competitors If the rivalry companies are going good enough in market, then SnapInc can try to reduce it by making some sort of offers and discounts in their products and services so that they ca also stay capable of competing in the market.
