INTRODUCTIONIn order to succeed in the competitive scenario it is essential for the management oforganization to focus on managing business activities with the resources so that they can utilizethe optimum resources with minimum wastage (Kumar and Yakhlef, 2016). Managing businessactivities plays significant role within the organization as it assists in managing and organizingthe activities of organization in the effective manner that it results in accomplishing their goalsand objectives. The present study focuses on the scenario of ABC Company the leadingrecruitment company that has poor management and inefficient leadership within theorganization that results in attaining the deficits with the delay in their daily operations. Thereport will also aim to understand the significance of business processes in delivering therequired resultant accordant with the goals and objectives of the company. Lastly, the report willalso understand the key steps that are framed by the legislation and regulation in order to assessthe risk and hazardous activities within the organization.
