Before modification at workplace, it is required for an employer to analyse organisational culture. With assistance of SWOT investigation, an individual will be able to about their own strengths and weaknesses. PDP will be developed to know weak points and how to get rid from this. TASK 1 1.1 Compare different management styles Management is fundamental for each company; therefore, superior will easily control entire working operations in an appropriate manner. With assistance of this, each staff member will maintain proper coordination so coveted targets can be attained within limited period of time (Laudonand Laudon, 2016).
