INTRODUCTION
Managing a success in the business is to be committed by people and effective
planning and also conduct all the activities which helps business to gain more
profits.
As company stability depends upon the project and it occurs the successful project,
company can earn more profits and also raise their goodwill and reputation in the
market from such projects.
Present report is based on TOYOTA company which was founded by Kiichiro
Toyoda in 1937. This company mainly deal in luxury cars, auto mobiles and engines
and they expanded their business into large scale.

Aim and Objectives
Aim:
To outline the factors which is used by company to improve the recruitment, training and selection of employees
to meet the international requirement - A study of TOYOTA company
Objectives:
To identify the latest trends adapted in process of recruitment, training and selection of employees at global level.
To examine the strategies used by TOYOTA company to improve the condition of employees in recruitment,
training and selection procedure.
To assess the challenges which is faced by company at the time of using such techniques to improve employees
condition at international level.
To provides recommendation to the company to enhance the employees techniques to meet the international level
through recruitment, training and selection procedure.
