Topic -How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of theiremployees to meet International requirements? INTRODUCTIONBy employing suitable and relevant candidate for the job position, it can help company inimproving its overall business performance as well as profitability margin. Employee retention andperformance are the most basic factor which needs to be considered on top priority by everycompany for the betterment of company and employees as a whole. By using the best recruitment,selection and training methods as used by other profit making company, every business organizationcan improves its processes so as to match International requirement. Elaborating background along with project aims and objectives.Background of the studyFor every business organization, recruitment and selection are the two most importantbusiness aspects which need to be considered at the time of hiring of employee for the organization.By evaluating the current requirement of business regarding manpower and human resource willprovide a strong base for increasing its productivity and sales margin thereby increasing customerbase as well (Heilman, Manzi and Braun, 2015). By imparting proper and adequate training,workshop regarding new business concepts, techniques and technology on regular time basis willhelp employees in improving their morale, productivity and performance level. For seekingcompetitive advantage, a company should adopt all requisites related to its business practices,recruitment, selection and training as essential for becoming global market player. One shouldensure that for acquiring large market share and customer base, skilled and knowledge humanresource will be first priority of company. The purpose of conducting this research is to assessmanner and factors which can bring improvement in the process of recruitment, selection andtraining as mentioned by the International requirement norms.Aims & ObjectivesAims –To evaluate ways to bring improvement in recruitment, selection and training can be madeby multinational companies as per the International requirement. A study on Morrison’sObjectives - To assess factors that impact in the process of recruitment, selection and training mechanismof company's employees operating at multinational level.To understand the concept of International requirement in relation with recruitment,selection and training process.

To determine current market trends and policies as used by rivalry firm for improving theirrecruitment, selection and training process.To recommend measures to be undertaken for improving performance and productivity ofcompany and its employees as a whole.P2. Project management plan.Project management plan is a document used for defining each phase of project.CostFor conducting this research study, researcher has to incur a very reasonable amount of costexpenses in the process of gathering and collection of relevant and appropriate data and information(Heagney, 2016). For this research study, research will require non-numerical data as it isqualitative research. Thus, no high cost expenditure will be incurred as the study is based onqualitative research rather than quantitative research. For completing this research project, $1500has been incurred by researcher.ScopeThe main reason behind conducting this research is to evaluate all the ways in which thecompany can bring improvement in its recruitment, selection and training process in line with theInternational requirement. By conducting this research project, it will assist other business scholarsand researcher in their successful completion of research project. It will provide a base for companyas well by determining the minimum time frame in which company will be able to bringimprovements in its recruitment and other processes.TimeFor completing the whole research study, researcher has taken 11 weeks ranging fromselection of topic till the final submission of research project. It is an important part of projectmanagement plan as it helps in defining deadlines and due dates for successful completion ofresearch. QualityQualitative research has been conducted by researcher due to lack of statistical and financialfigures (Kerzner, 2018). But its quality has been maintained throughout the research programme tillits completion. Also, all the ethical norms have been followed and no copy paste has been done. Byusing database management system, cloud computing tool, password protected etc. data andinformation can be stored for maintaining its quality and protecting it's from disruption.CommunicationIt plays important role in stating as well as defining of research goals and objectives. It willhelp in delivering relevant and accurate data and information to its stakeholders for their decisionmaking process. For this risk management plan shouldbe formulated for the betterment of research project (Lock, 2017). Risk can be in form of lack ofresources, increase in cost expenses which can bring impact on the time frame by increasing it, inwhich the research can be conducted.ResourcesBy using available resources in form of man, labour, capital in effective manner can helpresearcher in its successful completion. Thus, by formulating strong and proper plan related toallocation of resources is considered as essential component of this plan.
