Statement 1: Interpretation:Fromtheabove,itisinterpretedthatmajorityoftheselected respondentsarehighlyagreedwhichthestatementthatwomenrepresentativeinsenior management would enhance the organizational performance. Such that out of 100, 40 of them are strongly agreed with the statement while, only 25 of them agree, also, 15 respondents are disagree and only 5 of them are completely disagree with the statement. Statement 2: Interpretation:As per the pie-chart, it is interpreted that the selected respondents are not clearlypresent their views with regards to the statement that race, ethnicity and gender are consider some major element of workplace diversity. Such that 24 out of 100 are strongly agree and in the same time, 22 of them are agree, but 21 are disagree with the statement and 23 are strongly disagree with this. Therefore, it is clearly realized that they did not share their clear views related to the statement. Statement 3: Interpretation:As per the above chart, it is interpreted that majority of the selected respondents are in favor of the statement that is generation is an inclusive initiative which can increase the representation of women in senior management. Such that out of 100, 31 are strongly agree and 29 of them are agree with the statement, while 17 of them are disagree with the statement. Hence, it is clear that in order to increase the representation of women in senior management, generation is the best strategy. Statement 4: Interpretation:From the above graph, it is interpreted that majority of the respondents are clearly agree with the statement that spiritual beliefs are mainly responsible for affecting the representation of women in senior management. Such that out of 100, 29 are strongly agree with the statement, while 35 of them are agree that religious and spiritual belief do affect to present women in senior management. While on the other side, 16 of them are disagreeand 5 of them are completely disagree with this, Statement 5: Interpretation:As per the above graph, it is interpreted that majority of the selected respondents are agree with the statement that personality and thinking style are the the key for increasing representation of women in Wizz Air's senior management. So, it is clear that most of the respondents are agree the socio- economic status are consider the key for increasing overall women's representation the quoted firm. Statement 6: Interpretation:Accordingtoabovechart,itcanbestatedthatmajorityofthe respondents are clearly agree with the statement that HR of Wizz Air should attend the training session where they may easily understand or aware about women been in the senior management position. Such that graph denoted that out of 100, 44of them are strongly agree, while 35 are also agreed with the statement, on the other side, 12 of them did not say anything and 5 of them are disagree with the statement. Statement 7: Interpretation:as per the above graph, it can be interpreted that selected respondents do not know whether Wizz Air had to identify the opportunities in order to let women to be in the senior management position. Such that out of 100, 36 of them reflect neutral, while 25 of them are agree and 15 of them are strongly agreed with the statement. Therefore, it is clearly analyzed that majority of the respondents do not know whether females should be appointed in senior management or not. Statement 8: Interpretation: As per the above graph, it is interpreted that majority of the respondents are agree that Wizz Air may gather good benefits from the idea of women who are at senior management which in turn assist to raise the overall performance of a company. Further, out of 100, 45 are agree, and 26 of them are strongly agree with the statement and only 10 of them are disagree with the statement. Thus, it is identified that appointing women at senior management will be better for the organization to increase their overall brand image and reach at further level of success as well. Statement 9: Interpretation:In accordance with the above graph, it is interpreted that majority of the sample are strongly agree that by involving women in senior management will further leads to bring workplace diversity. On the other side, Digital Revenue Manager said that company try to maintain diversity at workplace and company put same pressure to women and men and treat same. Overall, it is analyzed that company take many initiative in order to promote the women into senior management. Evaluation and limitation of the research While conducting this research, I realized that I gain research skill because earlier I do not have any idea about the research methodology but now I can see it is increases as compared to past. Further, I also realize that complying with ethics and principles is quite necessary because it will help to conduct the research in right manner. Moreover, I also evaluated that I enhance my communication skill which in turn assist in my future as well. It is so because I ask a open ended question to the selected respondent, I come to know I am easily present my views in front of them and convey exact information which assist me to conclude the answer. In addition to this, I also realized that I enhance my current knowledge with regards to equality and diversity, research methodology and literature review, because earlier I do not have strong knowledge related to this. Through this research, I come to know the process of 4
conducting a good research with specified time and that is why, I identify the value of time in our life as well. Moreover, in this current research, I used qualitative research for this project, but somehow it is analyzed that this method are not help to represent the data statistically and it completely relies upon the experience of researcher. Therefore, by analyzing the limitation of using current research methodology, I analyzed that by using quantitative research method in future will assist to get accurate results and it also allow for a broader study which involves range of number of subjects as well as allow for greater objectivity with accuracy of outcomes too. So when I conduct the same research in future, then make sure to use deductive approach and Positivism research philosophy under quantitative research methodology. 5
