INTRODUCTION
The world is now become totally digitalised since each and every thing is connected with
modern technologies. Here in, newer media methodologies and electronic tools has been utilised
for completing different types of works whether it is official or personal. Thus, it can be said that
, digital technology has become soul of corporate world and providing easiest way to accomplish
all aims and objectives of companies (Westerman, Bonnet and McAfee, 2014). The motive of
this project to analyse the effects of digital techniques and find out how it is contributing in
growth as well as innovation of small businesses. The present report is based on Ensoft Ltd. It is
a United Kingdom based software firm which is consisting of approx. seventy engineers. They
all are experts in developing each features or prospects of networking software. They are
working with main merchandise vendors of US in order to cater solutions associated with
software for the routers which is used to run both network of larger companies and internet as
well. This venture is private in nature and are doing best in their field. As a fruitful result, they
are earning high sum of profits as are making yearly turnover of around 10 million pounds.

The globe now converted into field of battle wherein all entrepreneurs are wishing to
occupy primal position in existing marketplace by garbing every golden opportunities. This is
considered as the key reason of increment in the competition. Ensoft has also been participated in
this race of rivalry and desires to acquire first place in the same (Wahyuni, 2012). For holding
powerful positioning in market, they need to perform certain alteration in their day to day
organisational work. For example, they can modify the current scenario of different divisions
such as management of administration, human resource management, manufacturing,
communication, storage and distribution and many more. These modifications can be done by
introducing as well as applying digital technologies in various sectors.
Cloud technology would be introduced in the department of administration by venture
since this helps in sharing, out-letting & filing crucial data over internet. This will support in
managing and controlling past as well as present facts and figures in impressive style. On the
other hand, several apps of social media like Twitter, Facebook, You tube, Instagram, email, etc.
would be utilised in sector of communication since this is allowing Ensoft venture in connecting,

transmitting, collaborating & building relations on an international level. By this way, they could
easily connect with their work forces and users. The real beauty is that it incurs lower cost and
less time as well. Besides this, field of HRM can also be improved by enforcing advanced
strategies. For instance, employers can hire workers by taking their interviews on online modes
via video calling (Wilson, 2014). Hence, it will save great amount of funds and time period
which got consumed in travelling here and there in the search of skilled personnels. In addition
to such mentioned tools, some other conceptions which can be presented by given company are
artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, Big data analytics, etc. By doing so, they could seek
attention of large number of civilians towards their company; thereby can come under one of the
most famed brand of UK.

observed that modern tool and techniques has been revolutionising the means of carrying out
commercial activities. In previous years, such types of facilities were not available and due to
that organisations were using conventional models of businesses for attaining their goals and
aims. Thus, they were not capable of generating more income at that time even by doing hard
work in terms of mental as well as physical level (Peters, Howard and Sharp, 2012). On the
other hand, with the utilisation of advanced mobile techniques, now corporations are gaining so
many chances or possibilities of acquiring large amount of wealth according to their wish. At the
same time, this help in enabling current goods and services more beneficial and also aids in
manufacturing new innovational based products. This in turn supporting companies in increasing
their divers portfolios of merchandises.

apply the same in order to attain their target of introducing digital tools in business. Eminent
concepts of this scheme can be better understand by following points :
 Scope of project : This report is having a greater scope since it would assist corporation
in understanding about the importance of digitalised techniques. As Ensoft is a
networking based firm which is dealing with giving software solutions linking with
routers, it is proved to be very advantageous for them (Lakatos, 2014). Additionally, their
development is completely grounded on Ensoft’s renowned EnQuality improvement
method. This is an conceptualisation which is embracing the innovation of their workers
and also offering them a model of collaboration that helps its team working. Thus, it can
be said that concept of digitalisation is closely linked with their culture or tradition, so
scoping of this project is very good and support them in generating large sum of
profitability.

sum of money. Artificial intelligence and Big data analytics could be used by Ensoft ltd
in the sector of production for increasing their productivity and for driving innovation
well as. They can create newer and unique thoughts from utilising such systems and as a
good result, they would become successful in attracting large number of users towards
their deliverables (Meredith and Mantel Jr, 2011). In addition to this, for storing and
distributing information, they could also take use of ' The Internet of Things' and different
integrating systems. This will aid them in transferring as well as keeping data on clouds
for long time period. Again it is noted that such information will be remain safe and
secure & can be accessed by any individual from any place where there is found the
accessibility of internet. Apart from this, so many techniques are available that can be
applied by Ensoft in their organisation which is explained in this assignment. All of such

of increasing their productivity. This could be done by manufacturing goods or delivering

about their requirements, company should conduct a survey and ask common people for
their feedbacks. From performing the similar, they would collect views and opinions of
possible clients and thus become able to develop and cater services in accordance to their
request. This will automatically help in enhancing their selling rate and earning more
income. In addition to this, supervisors of Ensoft should arrange some special
machineries for checking the quality after designing any product. At the same time, they
need to monitor each and every chore of their personnels and should ensure that work is
going on right direction. All these activities may aid them in improving the level of
