According to Boyle (2019), globalization refers to process of integrating as well as interacting with
governments, people and organization worldwide.
Affirmative impact of training and recruitment
According to Deresky (2017), there will be positive impact of practices of HR of organization. With
respect to recruitment, Nestle ensures that they acquire the staff which have relevant knowledge and
possess experience in the same field.
Challenges that is faced by Nestle while entering within global market
According to Huntington (2018), globalization provides the wide range of opportunities for organizations
but it is not easy to enter within a global market.
